She began her real estate career in Raleigh and also knows all areas of Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and the adjacent areas, very well. While RCS’ owner, Ben Perrou, was in college, Hurricane Fran rumbled through Raleigh and Eastern NC. If you could hold a hammer or haul debris, you had a job. He started working with a small Restoration firm and he found that he liked the work and so he decided to stay with it through college and after graduation. Working with larger and larger firms through-out his career, Ben ultimately decided to start his own business.

Christie brings a high level of experience in detail-oriented work with her background in mortgage fraud investigation; she spent the early part of her career at Freddie Mac working as a Fraud Analyst. As part of her training, she graduated from the John E. Reid School of Interviewing and Interrogation. The skills she learned were invaluable for conducting interviews and analyzing information. Her most important case involved illegal house flipping in the Atlanta area, comprising over 100 loans valued at over $14M. Through her investigative work, she was able to prove the loans were fraudulently obtained, which led to the repurchase of those loans and saved Freddie Mac millions of dollars in the process. Christie also has a background in accounting, most recently working for a local flooring company, as well as a local homebuilder. She has always had an interest in real estate and is excited to be learning the buy and sell aspect of the business after her experience in the mortgage industry.

Emmitt is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Former Division-1 FCS football player, entrepreneur and personal trainer. He holds a degree from Cornell University, where he was a member of the varsity football team and in his time there he was a 3-year starter and 2-Time Wall of Honor Athlete!

Jennifer is a North Carolina native who grew up in Harnett County and knows the entire area and state exceptionally well. As an exceptional multi tasker, with customer service at her heart, she has been with Team Anderson Realty since its conception and has been an Executive Assistant to Erica Anderson since 2014.

Before that she had spent another decade working as a Jill of all trades in a large manufacturing facility, working in the marketing, purchasing, and engineering departments. Her work history is varied and diverse. Once here, she decided to return to her roots and go back to real estate. Growing up, her parents were both realtors and owned their own company where they also managed properties.
